Elite Fitness & Dance Inc. is located in Niverville, Manitoba, Canada, and offers quality instruction in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Pre-school programs to students ages three to adult. Both recreational and competitive dance programs are available.

Elite Fitness & Dance Inc. promotes physical well-being through exercise programs, fitness training, nutritional support, and overall awareness. Memberships are available to both men and women on a drop-in, monthly, or yearly basis. A variety of gym equipment is available to use, such as elliptical trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills, free weights, weight machines, etc. Programs are offered throughout the year in classes such as Aerobics, Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Dance, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga.

Two tanning beds and one hydrotherapy bed are also available to members and non-members at an additional cost.
